Maria woke up feeling pains on her left
shoulder. Then she saw five lines on it.
She screamed.
How did it happen? Who did that? And
why didnt she wake up? What
happened really?
Then like a dream, light flooded the
room and she saw her mother’s ghost.
She nearly screamed in fright but Naomi
stopped her.
‘my dear’ Naomi said tenderly.
‘mu….mu…m’ Maria stammered in fright.
‘i’m so sorry about….that’ Naomi said.
‘what?’ Maria asked.
‘listen my dear, i just want you to
becareful. There are so many dangers
lurking aroung here and so many evils
perpetrated here so i must warn you to
be watchful and very careful. Always
lock your door if you are in or out.
Always say your prayers before you
sleep. By the time you wake which you
will by the next 60seconds, the marks
will be no more and the pain will be no
more but you must becareful’ Naomi
said and dropped some clothes on top
of the bed.
‘these are my clothes’ Maria said ‘and
these are dad’s’
‘yes dear, these ar yours and your dad’s.
They were taken away from you by the
evil ones and i have returned them. Do
not forget all i have said my dear.
Always pray before you sleep. And i love
you dear’ Naomi said and disappeared.
Maria woke up and it was all a dream.
‘what! All a dream?’ she looked around
in fright, then looked at her shoulder, it
was all gone.
Then she looked around and saw the
clothes.
‘what is all this? What evil?’
