Me: don’t worry i watched and heard every dispute conversation between both of you…so no need for coming to me now…..i will call for you anytime………it will be somehow suspicious……..
Garuba: chaiiii. Oga you are good too much……..chai……..he can never win me…….infact he is now a good customer (customer dada ni)
Me: lol…i knew….you have done well…..infact you deserve transport fear from me today
Garuba: chaii…ogami…..that is why i like you…..
Me: dont worry, I will call to give you the money later. thanks …alright later….bye…..
…….i hung up and i was a bit relieved…….i thought about everything again and again…….i called for my secretary and ordered her to summons the top leads of the organization for an important meeting………after 20minutes…..we all gathered in the conference room…..but Mr. Bankole (IP manager) is yet to be with us..
…after the opening prayer by Miss Ogunnubi……..i forwarded round the copies of the statement of account gotten from the bank about our daily, weekly, monthly and annually expenditure in our organization…….before we could raise a further discussion concerning the proposed issue…….Mr. Bankole had joined the group and made his seat next to the IG manager adjacent to my seat…….
Me: i greet you all welcome for another joint discussion today
All: thank you sir
Me: we have nothing much to deliberate on today……..i called this meeting to make some clarifications…………….and in which to be majorly answered by the IP manager and the EF accountant……..you are the top leads and the old staff in this organization…..you have been handling anything concerning this organization’s growth and income for decades…………in which it has been executed by you highly perfectly for years……..but with the statement of account and annual year records report that i got pinpoint that, there are some money that was spent out of the organization’s consent and there are some that the organization is expecting but yet to received or been hanged somewhere……..i called you all together just to be aware of the organization status…..i have already prepared a query that requested for defending proposal from the PI manager and the EF Accountant about the loss the organization is suffering…………and with hope of getting a quick positive change and full analysis of the loss money………… Thanks…………anybody with anything to contribute???????.
………… The IP manager raised his coarse voice for contribution..
IP: good afternoon the chairman and my other staffs……………i am sorry gotten here in a such lately time…….please forgive me………….the chairman has spoken the fact about the status of the organization…..in which i personally hope to handle it myself before this meeting……………though through the records of some months ago, we discovered that the organization lost some coins which is not recorded……..i made a further investigation and i discovered that, Some money were Issued out for Non-official project that the organization use to do every year for the decades………….and moreso, the EF Accountant must have one or two things to say about the last project she issued cash for… because that one was out of my monitoring that very time
EF: excuse me Mr. Manager……..(she interrupted) how dear you thought i can embezzle the company’s money??????? What kind of allegation is that???? Afterall i only account for any project proposed before me and which was signed by you……where on earth do i got signatory to any executed project without been passed through your table…please be very careful…we are not here to counter anybody……we all here to search our consent…..
Me: *haaa what kind of display is this???? Aren’t those people who alleged in embezeling the money are this fighting against each other??? What are they upto* its ok……….how dear you displaying like this at my prensence???
All: we are sorry…sir…
Me: i just need to inform you that….anybody caught in the act will be faced by the law……..thanks to you all….you can now get back to your various department…………i stood up…..and took a direction to my office……….
The auditorium was discharged after my exit and they all left for their various departments………i got back to my office…..i rested my back on my rolling chair……..i was thinking of what just happened in the meeting……..
