These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with Onihaxy Media Tech (the "Company") website, script sales, and mobile application development services (the "Service") operated by Onihaxy Media Tech.

Accounts

Aftersales Support Policy

Onihaxy Media Tech is committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and ensuring that our clients receive the necessary assistance after purchase. This Aftersales Support Policy outlines the scope, duration, and conditions of support provided for our products and services.


1. Support Coverage

Support includes:

  • Assistance with installation and setup.

  • Bug fixes and troubleshooting related to the purchased product.

  • Guidance on product usage and basic customization.

Support does not include:

2. Free Support Duration

  • Readymade Website Scripts: Customers are entitled to 3 months of free support from the date of purchase.

  • Custom-Built Websites: Customers are entitled to 6 months of free support from the date of project delivery.


3. Paid Support After Free Period

After the free support period has expired:

  • Customers may continue to request support, which will be charged based on the type and complexity of the issue.

  • A cost estimate will be provided before work begins.

  • Charges may vary depending on whether the request involves bug fixing, feature enhancement, or advanced customization.

  • Initial Response: Within 24–48 hours during business days.

  • Resolution Timeline: Dependent on the complexity of the reported issue.


6. Limitations

  • Support is only available to the original purchaser AS WELL AS the ORIGINAL DOMAIN,  and is non-transferable.

  • Issues arising from unauthorized modifications, third-party interference, or improper usage may not be covered under free support.

  • Onihaxy Media Tech reserves the right to decline support requests outside the agreed scope.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

1. Nature of Products

  • www.onihaxy.com is a digital marketplace for ready-made website and mobile app scripts.

  • All products are delivered in a digital format and are deemed “delivered” once download or access details have been provided to the customer.


2. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for any digital product once it has been delivered, provided it matches the description on the product page.


3. One-Time Product Replacement

We offer a one-time product replacement under the following conditions:

  • The initial product delivered contains defects or errors that were not disclosed in the product description at the time of purchase.

  • The customer reports the defect within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The defect is verified by our technical team.

  • Replacement will be for a different product of equal or lesser value from our store.

  • This replacement cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another replacement request in the future.
